Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He finally wrote a certified letter to the Irvine (California) address on the company brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
