
There are many options for advanced technical dive certifications. TDI offers Intro to Tech courses as well as Advanced Nitrox, Decompression Procedures and Advanced Nitrox, while PADI offers Tec Trimix or Deep Diver courses. Advanced Nitrox training is offered by TDI to recreational Nitrox divers. The course covers equipment usage, gas switching, and advanced emergency techniques, such as lift bag deployment. TDI Intro To Tech Course
The TDI Intro to Tech standalone training course will allow you to increase your recreational training while also gaining a deeper understanding and skill set in advanced technical areas. It can also be used as a gateway to TDI’s more advanced courses, like Advanced Nitrox (Decompression Procedures) and Advanced Nitrox (Decompression Procedures). It can also be used as a refresher course for those who have taken technical courses. During the course, TDI technical instructor can assess your abilities.
The TDI Intro to Tech course for divers who have not used twin cylinders, a wing or a wing is designed for those who are new to diving. This course covers advanced buoyancy control as well as gas management. Students will also gain situational awareness as well as trim skills. The course is taught in open cenotes, or at sea. You will also learn advanced gas planning techniques. This course is designed for open water divers to improve their skills and introduce them to the technical equipment configurations. You will also learn advanced gas planning techniques. You will not be permitted to decompress the course but can still use enriched air nitrogenx mixes.

Course TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures
TDI Advanced Nitrox & Deco Procedures courses are designed to prepare divers for accelerated or staged decompression. During this course, students learn advanced gas planning and management techniques to ensure that their dives are as safe as possible. Students learn how to manage equipment and prepare for unexpected situations. A TDI Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Courses includes four dives at a maximum depth reach of 40m (130ft).
This course can either be taken in its entirety or as part of an Advanced Nitrox or Decompression Procedures certification. Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures are performance-based courses that last for four days. Sixteen dives are required and two of the dives must be below 30 meters. The course is tailored to the students' experience and individual needs. This course prepares students for advanced technical diving, including wrecks in Scapa Flow and the UK.
PADI Tec Trimix course
PADI Tec Trimix90 is the final stage in the PADI Technical Diver circuit. This certification opens up the possibility to go deeper into the ocean and discover places no one else has. This course is for experienced tec divers who wish to expand their diving range and explore deeper waters. A valid dive license is required. You also need to pass a medical check in order to be certified as trimix diving. For this certification, you need two 30cf stage bottles and a face mask.
PADI Tec Trimix 65 requires that the diver have logged at minimum 350 dives. The course also focuses on technical diving techniques and protocols. There are multiple teaching scenarios. This is the most advanced technical diving certification. It is important to note that these requirements are more rigorous than those for the PADI Tec Diver standard course.

PADI Tec Deep Diver course
PADI Tec Deep Diver certification for recreational divers is an advanced course. This certification includes four dives. It also covers safety stops and descents. Additionally, you will learn how to use technical diving equipment such as a side-mounted cylinder or EANx. You'll also learn about how to plan a deep dive and manage your gas supply. Online and offline lessons are both possible through the PADI Tec eLearning program.
The program can be completed in as little as two years, which is a marked improvement on the PADI courses. First, you will need to obtain a Tec 50 dive certification from an approved organization. You must be able to dive at 50m, deep diving and pure oxygen. The Tec 50 diver training may be offered by the PADI Course Director who conducts the Tec Deep Instructor course. Upon completion, the PADI Instructor Course Director will issue a Tec Deep Diver Certification.
