Offers courses
SDI diving courses can be taken by anyone who wants to become a certified diver. The Open Water Diver Course introduces divers to the five specialties and allows for exploration of the waters up to 40 meters. These courses may involve just one dive, or many. You can also choose to pursue a limited-penetration course, which involves only three dives. The course will still be rewarding, regardless of whether you choose to do the former.
Prerequisites for sdi diving courses
There are various prerequisites that you need to be certified for SDI diving courses. They vary according to the level of certification that you want. Open Water Scuba Diver is a prerequisite for certification. An SDI Assistant Instructor is a certification that allows a diver to add more training to his or her skill set. They can also supervise certified divers. SDI instructors have the ability to supervise certified divers.
Diving courses at a reasonable cost
There are two main types of SDI diving courses: open water and advanced diver. Advanced divers usually complete four specialty courses, and log 25 dives. Students may choose to be Night Diver, Drysuit Diver Deep Diver, Nitrox or Deep Diver, depending on their course. In most cases, a student can complete all four specialties in the same dive course. Students can pick one or more of these specialties depending upon their preference and budget.
