
The United States Navy master diver is the highest level in the diving industry. The enlisted person has the most experience, knowledge and training in all areas of diving and underwater salvaging. A master diver must have at most 15 years of experience, and have completed a specialization program. You can become a master diver in the United States Navy by completing a specialization course.
PADI Master Scuba Diver
PADI Master Scuba Diver certification signifies that you have mastered scuba diving. Several North American diver training agencies, including the National Association of Underwater Instructors, Professional Association of Diving Instructors, Scuba Schools International, and the Professional Scuba Diver Association, offer the program. This certification is considered the best available. You must be able to dive at least 30 feet underwater during the course.

NAUI Master Scuba Diver
A NAUI Master Scuba Diver course may be the right choice for you if you are ready to progress to a higher level in scuba diving. The course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to organize diving trips for other divers. You will be able use a compass, recognize pre-panic signs, and perform underwater communications. Additionally, you will learn how to take a dive in unfamiliar locations. This course includes a classroom session and two open-water dives.
NAUI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver
A great way to enhance your diving experience is to take the NAUI EnrichedAir Master Diver (NITX). The course covers all aspects involved in enriched-air diving, including mixing Nitrox with oxygen. Students will learn how to analyze the breathing mixture, the physiology of oxygen and nitrogen, and the hazards of handling both gases. They will also learn about Equivalent Air Depth, common gas mixing techniques, and the concept of Equivalent air depth. You can take the enriched-air course as an extension to your open water diver certification. This is required in order to be able use the enriched mix.
NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver
You must take the required courses to achieve your goal of becoming a NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver Master Diver Instructor. This certification is a prerequisite in the NAUI FIT program, which will prepare you to be a professional NAUI Instructor/Leader. Take the Try Scuba program to get started. This program teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary to safely dive in open waters.

NAUI First Aid course
A NAUI First Aid course for master divers will prepare you to respond to a variety of emergencies that can arise in the water. In addition to refresher sessions, the course will also provide valuable information on new First Aid standards and training best practices. You will be able to quickly respond to an emergency with the NAUI First Aid course. It is hands-on and allows you to apply the skills you have learned in the classroom.
